Peningkatan Kecerdasan Emosional Siswa Melalui Pendekatan Analisis Transaksional

Education is an effort that aims to develop a complete human being which includes three aspects, namely cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. To be able achieve the educational goals consist of these it necessary various aspects personality, including intellectual, social, emotional. Individuals have two intelligences, thinking (intellectual intelligence) feeling (emotional intelligence). Behaviors refer indications low emotional intelligence students such as not going school without explanation, arriving late, fighting, saying rude / dirty words, listening teacher during class, lying fighting against teacher. This study determine increase in students' through transactional analysis approach. The method used this Classroom Action Research with 8 research subject indicated self-emotional intelligence. implementation consisted cycles, where each cycle four stages, planning, implementing actions, observing reflecting. results showed 1 there was average counselee's 87.20%, 2 96.71%, 3 94.53% From 3, shows counseling techniques 84.87%. It concluded from counselees after given approach, counselee different, cycle, response knowing self-emotions, managing motivating oneself, empathy skills social fluctuations. expected guidance teachers madrasas can use improving
